Flea and Tick prevention

Frontline:
Safe, Effective, Easy To Use

Frontline is a topical solution that kills 98-100 percent of adult fleas and ticks within 24 hours of application. Frontline kills fleas and ticks before they have a chance to lay eggs, and with no eggs, there are no larvae, therefore breaking the life cycle. Additionally, fleas and ticks that jump on a treated pet are killed within two hours. One convenient treatment lasts one month against ticks, and three months against fleas. How often you need to apply it depends on where you live, and how often your pet visits areas with high numbers of ticks.

The Importance of Flea and Tick Control

Flea Prevention is important to the health and well-being of your pet for many reasons. Flea allergy dermatitis, secondary skin infections, tapeworms, and even anemia are all medical problems associated with fleas. Flea-related diseases account for more than 50 percent of dermatologic cases presented to veterinarians. Certain species of ticks can be carriers of disease, such as Lymes.

Simple and easy to use

Frontline is simple and easy to apply. Just a few drops protects your pet from fleas and ticks. Frontline is a topical solution that works by spreading on the surface of the skin at the hair root level, aided by body movement, to provide whole body coverage.

Frontline is so gentle that it can be used on puppies as young as ten weeks and kittens as young as eight weeks, as well as on older cats and dogs.
